The best and safest way to size your finger is stop by a local jewelry store or walmart.
Slightly ring size issue:
The best way is getting it resized with a local jeweler,which can save your time and get the exact ring size.
Ring size is too big:
1, You can always have a local jeweler re-size the ring themselves in house.(Your local jeweler may refuse BUT Some professional jewelry store such as Jared or Kay can do it)
2, Get some sizing beads put in at a local jeweler. This way in the future if your ring size increases you can have the beads removed without altering the ring.
3, Getting something like a ‘ring snuggy’ or temporary plastic size adjuster.
4, Returning it and we will resize it for you or exchange to a new one.(Contact us for fees first).

We gurantee the anthentic of our jewelries. You can get it verified with any professional jewelry store.
There is a Lifetime Warranty, plus 1 year free tiny stone sending service if there is a manufacturing defect. After that,$100/year for Minor repair(such as resizing, replacing 1 or 2 small stones).However if the damage is not caused by a manufacturing defect, then we will notify you and let you know if repair services are available at cost or otherwise.
We use USPS for US domestic; Fedex and DHL for international shipment.
All our rings are handmade. They are delicate designs that need special care and appropriate storage.Please read jewelry care page to read the care tips.

Yes. Any gemstones of our jewelry can be replaced with others. Please tell us which and how many gemstone you want to exchange and then we will give you the quote.
You can find the gemstones information in the description page. Some of our jewelris offers stone selection options, such as Side stones(M:moissanite/D:diamond), which means you can choose the stones from option box.
Yes. Please tell us the gemstone measurement you want, we will give you a quote then.
We offer natural or lab created stones. You can find the exact gemstone information in the description page.
Yes. We make jewelry in solid 10k,14k,18k white/ rose/ yellow gold. Personalize silver or platinum ring if you’re metal allergic. All metals are authentic.
10k gold contains 41.7% pure gold and other alloys(such as silver,copper,nickel).
14k gold contains 58.3% pure gold and other alloys(such as silver,copper,nickel).
18k gold contains 75% pure gold and other alloys(such as silver,copper,nickel).
14k gold contains 58.3% pure gold and other alloys(such as silver,copper,nickel).
18k gold contains 75% pure gold and other alloys(such as silver,copper,nickel).

Half eternity rings can be resized but full eternity rings cannot. It is highly recommended that double confirm the ring size and metal type you purchased.

The jewelry is made to order, there are no more photos. We can send you photos before shipment once the order is placed and finished.

It depends on the jewelry made process. We can switch the color before the metal bars formed into settings for free. Once the ring setting is formed, we have to remake it at cost or otherwise.
Yes. Please request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.
If the ring isn’t started making, there are 2 ways:
1,we will cancel the order so you can place the correct order.
2,we will balance the price differences and make the correct order for you.
Yes. We do rush order. Rush order is applicable to solid GOLD jewelry, the process time is 8-15 business days. The total delivery time is 2-4 weeks. You can read more details from our Shipping & Returns page.
Please tell us your item Number so we can check the exact status of your jewelry. We will update the tracking number to you when the shipment is ready.
Yes. We ship items by USPS/FEDEX/DHL. The tracking number will be given once the item is shipped out.
Yes. We can updated your shipping address as long as the item is not sent out to the post office.
You’re nickel/alloy/copper allergic.
It’s recommended to put some nail polish inside the ring to avoid direct connection between the ring and the skin 925，silver，9K 12k 14k 18K Platinum sterling silver or platinum jewelry will be better for your skin.
