Why do you make relief jewelry?
Relief carving is an ancient art form that provides a deeper emotional experience because it allows for tactile interaction, something that flat jewelry cannot offer. However, creating reliefs in metal is incredibly challenging, which is why there are almost no custom metal relief jewelry products available in the market. Thanks to the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence technology, we are now able to craft such intricate designs more easily. We believe it's time to say goodbye to flat commemorative jewelry. Now, you can truly touch and feel the connection with your cherished memories through our relief jewelry.

My Order
Can I preview and approve the artwork before it ships?
Yes! All our products are customized, and we will send you a virtual model of the artwork for your preview and approval before production begins. If you request changes, we will update the model and seek your approval again.
Please note: You must respond to our approval request within 24 hours. If we do not receive your response within this timeframe, we will assume your approval and proceed with production.
Will the relief artwork look exactly like my photo?
Yes, it will be very close, but please note that relief art is not usually an exact replica of a photo because it involves creating three-dimensional patterns or images by carving into a flat surface. Relief art often has a degree of abstraction or artistic interpretation rather than precisely duplicating every detail of the photo. Additionally, the viewing angle and lighting can cause the relief to appear slightly different from the original photo. For example, observing someone from the side gives a completely different perception compared to viewing them from the front. Our unique craftsmanship makes the relief more lifelike, but some differences will still be present. This is precisely what sets our artistic creations apart from mundane flat prints.
Can I provide a very dark or blurry photo?
No, we strongly recommend that you provide a clear photo with any animals or people sufficiently large in the frame. Only with a clear photo can we create a detailed relief artwork. If your photos are old or lack sufficient lighting to be clear, please contact us. We will do our best to restore the photo and craft a beautiful relief from it. However, we do not offer services to add "hypothetical" scenes to a photo. A complete redesign of the artwork is not our standard policy and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Can I include multiple people on one product?
Certainly! Please ensure that the individuals in the photo are close together. Kissing, hugging, or similar poses make for great compositions.
Can I send a photo of any pet?
Absolutely, we believe in equality for all beings. Whether it's a cat, dog, fish, bird, or any other animal, we'll do our best to make them look fantastic. And if you happen to have a living dinosaur, I can even create a dinosaur relief jewelry for you.
Can I add engraved messages to my relief jewelry?
Yes, you can engrave any personalized message you like on your photo jewelry. We offer crystal-clear, easy-to-read high-definition engraving!
My photo isn't suitable, can you fix it?
Yes. Our team of digital artists will edit and process your photo to achieve the best results. We can bring people closer together, remove backgrounds and objects, fix imperfections, enhance colors, and more. However, we cannot guarantee quality results for photos that are of very poor quality. Please provide as clear a photo as possible.
Will my relief jewelry lose its luster?
For relief jewelry made of stainless steel, my answer is almost certainly not. Your relief jewelry will hardly lose its luster and is very durable, but nothing in this world is completely unchangeable. Our unique process ensures your relief jewelry will be highly durable, but appropriate wiping and cleaning are still necessary.
Returns
Do you accept returns?
Due to the entirely unique and custom nature of your order, we are unable to accept returns. If you experience any issues with your final product, please kindly submit a Replacement Request. We will thoughtfully review your situation and assist you as best we can.
hat should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please immediately send photos of the damage or defect to service@janeuni.com upon opening the package. We will review your Replacement Request and promptly provide a replacement, ensuring it is sent to you as quickly as possible.
Am I eligible for a replacement if I'm not satisfied with my order?
If you're not satisfied with your order, please submit a Replacement Request. Our team will evaluate whether you qualify for a replacement product.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel the order if you notify us within 12 hours from when the order was placed. Any orders that have already been sent to production cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
